Actively directs and develops all Company operations, commercial strategy, procurement relationships, and compliance. Board Chair.

Core Specialist Team:
To ensure maximum efficiency in the procurement and logistics cycle, the structure is organized as follows:

Procurement Specialist:
Responsible for vendor selection, contract negotiation, and ensuring technical specifications (EPC/FEED).
This role serves as the primary liaison with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).

Logistics Specialist:
In charge of international freight coordination, management of the Florida consolidation hubs, and “last-mile” delivery to the field, optimizing critical lead times.

Documents Specialist:
A key position for business integrity. Manages all export/import documentation, certificates of origin, and, crucially, compliance traceability for OFAC and U.S. Treasury regulations.

Vendor Management:
Responsible for the ongoing management and auditing of the supplier network. Ensures that every commercial partner meets Denarius’s quality standards and due diligence protocols.
